West Nipissing Public Library automating PC session time and booking management

Convergent was selected to provide and implement PC Session Time and Booking Management software at West Nipissing Public Library’s main branch in Sturgeon Falls. The system will be operational after a single day of training for administrators and staff. Library staff are looking forward to having more time to help patrons with questions and requiring less time to monitor PC use. The software will enforce the Library’s policies automatically ensuring equitable access and fair resource use. Patrons will be authenticated against the library’s Evergreen ILS as part of this process. West Nipissing is in Northeastern Ontario and is the most bilingual community in Ontario.
