Making sign-ups easier at Waterloo Public Library

Waterloo Public Library recently purchased Room Booking and Online Events Calendar/Program Registration software.  With the addition of a large new branch within a multi-functional community centre, the Library decided the timing was right to introduce a Web-based approach to managing their bookable public spaces.  Patrons will be able to look up room availability and place their requests online, which then staff can mediate.  When used in conjunction with the Program Registration software, library staff can seamlessly book programming space without having to worry about double bookings.  The new Events software will also permit patrons to register online for programs, creating instantly attendance lists, which staff can then access and manage easily.
