Culpeper County Public Library excited about new BookWhere purchase
In addition to being impressed with the high hit rate and display options for searches, staff at Culpeper County Public Library were impressed with the editing interface: cut-and-paste ability for an entire field from one record to another, and the easy-to-create and quick-to-run macros that let them edit batches of records with one simple command.
Asked why she chose BookWhere to complement her TLC library management system, Technical Services & Collection Development Coordinator Elizabeth Hensley, said:
The Culpeper Library was organized in 1926. In 1963 the first library building was constructed and served as home to the Culpeper Town and County Library. In 1996 the library became an agency of the County of Culpeper. The present facility opened to the public in 1998. Culpeper County, Virginia, is in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and is home to Commonwealth Park, site for many world-class equestrian events.

We’re excited to use BookWhere since it will help us speed up our cataloging processes, especially for DVD records and other special items. The MARC editor alone is both flexible and robust. It would be tempting to use it to catalog all of our materials.
We also appreciate how helpful the WebClarity staff is. From getting the quote to installing the software, they have made the entire experience a positive one. We are confident that they will readily assist us with any future questions we may have.
