Centennial College selects PeopleWhere for staff scheduling

With library staff spread across multiple campuses, keeping track of who’s in and who’s not, along with appropriate desk coverage is a challenging task. The College Library has selected PeopleWhere to converge this information into one common place so that all staff can, through the simple Web interface, confirm their own work schedule, as well as view their campus library schedule. Administrative staff can easily manage schedules centrally, identify staffing gaps and best options for filling them. The Library will also be tracking skills and expertise in the system. Critical competencies from this knowledge base can then also be uniquely identified as essential and tracked from a scheduling perspective.
