Aurora PL is Ready to Go With Their New PeopleWhere Implementation Plan!
The Aurora Public Library has chosen PeopleWhere as its Staff Scheduling solution! After reviewing options available on the market and through the Library’s relationship with the Town, the Library concluded that PeopleWhere was the best option to meet not just their staff scheduling needs, but their time-off tracking requirements as well. With the addition of the Optional Time Accrual to take care of incremental monthly vacation and sick accruals, and the integrated Attendance module, the Library is well positioned to achieve significant savings in time and money over what have been primarily manual processes. Serving a population of over 53,000 people (over 28,000 of which are registered members at the library) the Library is an integral community service, and savings in both areas will mean an opportunity to focus on additional value add services for patrons!
