Greater Victoria Public Library selects PeopleWhere

We are happy to announce the selection of PeopleWhere to facilitate staff scheduling, leave management, and time tracking by GVPL. Victoria is the capital city of the province of British Columbia. The Library system is comprised of 10 municipalities including a large main branch. The decision was made to migrate from their current manual systems to help optimize staff usage across the system, identify quickly service gaps, and provide an improved and paperless leave request and time tracking system. Currently in mid-implementation, the Library expects to roll out the leave management portion of the system first, followed quickly by scheduling.
