Sault Ste. Marie Public Library selects PeopleWhere
Sault Ste. Marie Public Library has chosen PeopleWhere to provide staff with a Web-based personnel scheduling system. With multiple branches and departments over the years work schedules have evolved resulting in several different styles and methods. By migrating all scheduling into PeopleWhere staff can continue to have full control of their individual schedules while benefiting from a system that consolidates creation and publishing into a more consistent procedure. All staff will immediately benefit from seeing in real time their own work schedules and be able to submit time off requests by logging into their portal online. Schedulers will have the most up to date information on staff availability so they can make quick staffing decisions and notify each other through the system as those decisions are made. Management now has a tool to see at a glance who is working across the system as well as who is away. The Library is implementing currently and will be live in the very early new year.
